Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.

Returned checks will be subject to a $45.00 charge. 

 Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled.

 

Appointments NOT cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged in FULL.

Cash,Checks and Zelle are the only forms of payment accepted at this time.

Private area prices are slightly higher.

In-House Consultations are $45.00 where there's a 15 min spot available. Extensive phone consultations are free of course and I don't mind conversing with you as long as it takes to answer all questions.

New patients please fill out the client profile on the next page.  Please remove all makeup prior to arrival if you are having facial work done. Also, please have any other area cleaned prior to appointment.

All staff is vaccinated and boosted.

There are Air Purifiers in waiting area & treatment rooms.
